Patong Phuket Nightlife Soi Gonzo : Soi Gonzo is still an open air lane and it never gets crowded. Soi Gonzo is generally considered a step up from Soi Easy, and like Soi Easy, it is somewhat "quiet" in that it is not very busy. It's less flashy in design and doesn't have much fancy features. Soi Gonzo is pretty plain when it comes to decor but once you enter you will find that the ladies and good times are plentiful. Beer bars look like what they were in the 90's and you fond find many pole dancers here. There are a few bars and some places to nab cheap booze, otherwise, the main draw of the soi is that its less crowded than some of the other areas. Some people say that Soi Gonzo is a little behind the times and the fact that it is not anchored around a discotheque like many other sois is certainly not helpful for business. |
